James Harvey, Sr.

James Harvey Sr. currently President of Fidelity Mortgage & Funding Inc., also, he serves as County Commissioner of Shelby County Tennessee. James Harvey has been a business leader since 1988. Our focus is real-estate financing, homeownership counseling to include budget responsibility and maintenance. Currently a student of University of Phoenix, pursuing a degree in finance, James Harvey also spends a lot of time in the community serving as President of Kiwanis Club Whitehaven.
